Job Description:
A company is looking for an Observational Research Senior
Manager to lead activities in generating real-world evidence for
various business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct data landscaping reviews and gap analyses to identify
strategic opportunities for real-world evidence
Lead the design and delivery of real-world evidence to assess the
safety and effectiveness of medicines
Facilitate the dissemination of real-world evidence through
publications, presentations, and training
Required Qualifications
Doctorate degree with 2 years or Master's degree with 4 years of
related experience
Experience in observational research studies within pharmaceutical
or public health settings
Experience with secondary data systems, including administrative
claims and electronic medical records
Experience in observational research project planning and
management
Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams
